  • How can I pay for my order?

    For orders to Croatia and Slovenia, customers can pay upon delivery.

    Customers in Croatia can pay by making a payment to company’s bank account, while all other customers can pay by any card.

    Which countries do you ship to internationally?

    We deliver to Croatia, the Balkan countries and the European Union.

    How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

    Croatia – 2-3 working days

    European countries – 3-7 working days

    Balkan countries – 3-10 working days

    What is the shipping cost?

    For Croatia, the shipping is free, while for other countries the cost varies and will be displayed in the order.

    What is your returns policy?

    Every purchased item can be returned within 14 days of the day of receiving the shipment. The package can be opened and the item inspected, but if you are returning the item, it must not be worn and it must be returned in its original packaging in a double box to ensure the original packaging of the product is not damaged.

    Once you have informed us in writing about the return and sent the package, after we receive it, we will replace and send the item or reimburse you the amount you paid.

    Can I cancel or change my order?

    If this happens, it is important to react quickly and immediately call: +38514817012 or send an email to prodaja@shoetique.hr to cancel the order in time.

    How do I know which size suits me?

    Measure your foot and refer to the size guide which can be found on the page of the shoes you are viewing.

    Do your sold out models come back in stock?

    With products like this, there are no rules. Sometimes the sold out sizes are restocked, so we recommend that you send us an email with the model you are interested in and we will inform you of its availability as soon as possible.
