REFUNDS / CLAIMS

Every purchased item can be returned within 14 days of the day of receiving the shipment. The package can be opened and the item inspected, but if you are returning the item, it must not be worn and it must be returned in its original packaging in a double box to ensure the original packaging of the product is not damaged.

Once you have informed us in writing about the return and sent the package, after we receive it, we will send you an exchanged item or your money back.

The buyer pays for the return shipping.

If upon delivery you have received a product that has a visible defect, send us an email us as soon as possible and no later than 8 days from the receipt of shipment.

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased on our web shop you have the right to a claim within the legal deadline. Send us an email with a note ORDER COMPLAINT (order number) to prodaja@shoetique.hr

In the case of customer complaints, we shall return the product within the agreed time. The complaint will be considered valid if the product inspection determines that the complaint meets the requirements for a claim under the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. In this case, we will, within 15 days of receipt of a valid complaint, replace the item, or reimburse the amount paid.

If we determine that the complaint is not valid, i.e., if a claim is denied, the product will be returned to your home address and the cost of return in this case is paid by the customer.
